Short Term Care
With rigorous, one-on-one therapy and rehabilitation services up to seven days a week and three hours a day, we work hard to ensure that all of our patients get back to work, to life, and to the highest feasible level of independence as quickly and safely as possible.
We offer rehabilitation services for residents and patients recovering from injuries, illnesses and a variety of disorders and conditions, including:
- Cardiac disease
- Joint replacement
- Orthopedic conditions
- Poly-trauma
- Pulmonary problems
- Stroke
