Admissions

Referrals for inpatients (newly or re-admits) can be made by a physician, hospital discharge planner or social worker, insurance company case manager or a patient’s family member, home health, outpatient therapy, etc.

Our admissions liaisons will begin the admission process immediately collecting medical and financial information so a decision can be made quickly as possible.

Patients can be admitted from an acute-care hospital (including ICU-to-ICU transfer), sub-acute care, LTACH facility, nursing home, hospice care, a physician's office, or from the person’s home. We assist families with the admissions process to help speed up the admission.

Insurance Accepted

Rehab Select accepts virtually all types of insurance plans including workers compensation, traditional insurance plans, managed care plans and Medicare and Medicaid, Viva Medicare, Healthsprings, Blue Advantage, United Healthcare (all plans), Aetna, and Humana.
