Improve seniors' quality of life through our safe and effective exercise programs.

Moderate physical activity is good for people regardless of age. That holds true even for most people with chronic diseases. Although exercise programs should be undertaken with the blessing of and supervision by medical personnel, they are safe and effective, and can most definitely improve seniors' quality of life. Exercise for seniors should focus on strength, flexibility, balance and endurance so that they can stay healthy and active -- and retain their independence as long as possible.

Maintaining Aging Bone Health

Diet is one of the most important steps for maintaining your aging bone health, especially if you have osteoporosis. We help you make sure you’re eating plenty of foods that are rich in calcium and Vitamin D, including fish, milk, and eggs, so that your bones have the necessary nutrients to stay strong.

Our Goal

Our goal: improve quality of life and help individuals make beneficial life changes that improve ongoing weight loss success and overall wellness. Medicaid patients that need therapy will receive up to 5 days of therapy. This is service found in very few facilities.
